Conversion is the process or point in time where your visitors are fulfilling one of its goals. Web sites should be built to serve the needs of the user. A business website is not something that users just look at, they are interacting with it and you as the business manager/owner would like them to do so and contribute to your bottom line. If the user’s needs are served, the web site will be more likely to enable the company to achieve its business goals.
